The "General-purpose Compact Electric Winch" can be mounted on drones with a payload capacity of 3 to 10 kg, and can also be integrated into robots as a winch device, making it useful for high-altitude work, emergency/disaster response, transportation/logistics systems, inspections, and surveys. Through the uniform winding of the line using an oscillator device developed over 40 years of electric reel development, we have achieved miniaturization of the device and prevention of line entanglement issues. Equipped with a mechanical brake, it prevents the weight of the device from falling when the motor is not powered. 【Features】 ■ Dual safety measures with a line length sensor and a line end sensor prevent self-destruction of the device due to entanglement within the winch. ■ A tension sensor restricts winch operation at zero tension, preventing line entanglement from occurring. ■ Remote operation of the winch for winding and zero reset is possible using commercially available controllers. ■ Winch information such as line length, current, and device temperature can be transmitted in real-time to remote locations. ■ It can automatically release loads without using wireless communication or power. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
